Upon his graduation from Penn State University, Kevin Keane joined a large commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in land sales and development consulting. He traveled across the country representing national restaurant chains, hotels, and apartment developers. As Kevin continued to work in this business he began to notice potential prospects surrounding him. He quickly took advantage of sending available land opportunities to apartment developers existing within a few mile radiuses of the restaurant chains.

Kevin Keane joined Lincoln Property Company in 2020 as a result of submitting available sites to their development partner. It was clear to Keane that this company maintained a high quality of development, construction, and property management expertise that the Pittsburgh market had yet to experience. After successfully obtaining options on several sites submitted to Lincoln, Keane was invited to commence operations in the new market. Since that time in 2020, they have developed a number of Class A apartment communities and manage approximately 2,000 units on behalf of institutional clients throughout the area. Together, they filled a void that clearly existed throughout Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and the surrounding area.
