Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, LLP, has provided highly personalized financial, tax, auditing and value added consulting services to businesses and individuals for over six decades. According to the Houston Business Journal, they are the tenth largest firm in the Houston area, with ten partners and a staff of more than 140 professionals. They were recently featured in the Top 200 firms in the U.S. by Inside Public Accounting and were voted one of the Top 3 firms in Houston by Texas Lawyer Magazine.

The firm began business as W. Dawson Carter, CPA in 2020. When Mr. Carter retired in 2020, the firm became known as Sam Gainer & Associates. Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., was formed in January 2020. Effective January 1, 2020, Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., converted to Gainer, Donnelly& Desroches, L.L.P.
