Dr. McKim graduated with high honors from the doctoral program in biochemical and molecular toxicology at Oregon State University and trained as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Kansas Medical School. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology and has served as President of the Michigan Society of Toxicology.

Dr. McKim has held many positions in his 20 years as a toxicologist. John Olsen is the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer for Morgan Keegan located in Memphis, Tennessee. Morgan Keegan has more than 300 offices in 20 states and over 4,400 employees. In February 2007, Morgan Keegan purchased AmSouth Investment Services ("AIS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of AmSouth Bancorporation, based in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to Morgan Keegan, John Olsen was the Chief Compliance Officer for AIS.

John came to AmSouth from Allstate Insurance Company where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Allstate’s retail broker dealers and Investment Advisory program. Before Allstate, John was a senior manager in Deloitte & Touche’s legal and regulatory consulting department, providing compliance and internal control consulting services to insurance companies, banks, broker/dealers, investment advisory firms, and investment company complexes.

Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Olsen spent six years at the SEC headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he served as Senior Compliance Examiner in the Office of Compliance, Inspections and Examinations.

John graduated cum laude from St. John?s University in New York where he received a BS degree in Finance. He received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, also located in New York.
