| BIO | I've been helping people with their Real Estate needs since 2020. I've been very blessed with wonderful customers that refer my services to their family and friends. The changing market has brought some people to situations where they need me to help them to negotiate with their banks for a short sale. I saw the market changing early and have been helping with this type of transaction since 2020. I was first in my office to work short sales and fortunately we are seeing less but they are still a major part of our maketplace.
